However, packages typically ship within a timeframe of just 1-3 days to provide you with the timely service you deserve.
Do you offer international shipping?
Unfortunately, at this time, we regret to inform you that we are not equipped to ship our products internationally. We truly apologize for any inconvenience this may cause to our valued customers who are located outside of our domestic shipping area. Thank you for your understanding.
What is your return policy?
We handle returns on a case-to-case basis. If your shipment is damaged during transit, lost altogether, or does not meet the high-quality standards that Lone Star is known for, please reach out to us, and we will do our very best to remedy the situation swiftly and effectively. Please note that we do not cover the shipping costs associated with returns nor do we accept exchanges of products in any circumstances.
